Producing and processing milk is a tradition in our family.

It is an inheritance from our ancestors. Our great-grandmother Maritsou lived in a village called Tremetousia and she used to make all by herself her halloumi, yogurt, cheese and all the dairy products for the family.

The recipes are passed over from generation to generation, like a sealed secret, part of a healthy Mediterranean life of well being.

At the beginning our company was producing milk. In 1999 we expanded our business and we started processing our milk.

Today a complete dairy industry unit is consisted of an advanced farm and an up to date Cyprus cheese (Challoumi – Halloumi) factory, along with a modern department of packing preparation and a well organized export division. We supply all Cyprus: Nicosia (Lefkosia), Limassol (Lemeso), Larnaca (Larnaka), Paphos (Pafos) and Famagusta (Paralimni and Agia Napa) and we export our products in Europe (mainly in UK England) and Asia.
